...for the low low price of $4.9M (I assume he's asking for "only" $499k as a typo). http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/car/274553317.html Seats look great on this car -- rosso corsa, challenge wheels....
Same car? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ferrari-599-GTB-599-GTB-2007-Ferrari-599-GTB-Loaded-Car-Delivery-Miles_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ6212QQihZ010QQitemZ200076814335QQrdZ1
Looks like it's loaded with all the options... I've never seen carbon on the doors like that. So I guess whoever ordered it maybe wasn't intending to flip it?
I particularly like the optional electrical tape/carbon tape over the Vin plate. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I wonder who it's dedicated to ? If I ever ordered the dedication plate, I'd dedicate it to Enzo Ferrari ... it just seems to be such a big vanity-stroke to dedicate it to one's self... It would seem silly to order the car "dedicated" and yet flip it with delivery miles...
The Dedication plate in the 360 says: F1 World Champions 1999,2000,2001,2002,2003,2004 ^just guessing, I can't remember which years though are on there.
Dedication plate makes reference to a limited run of cars that were ordered with every option there is, Speciale (i think thats how they spell it) edition.
I need to correct a misconception I had. Exotics of Scottsdale is linked to Exotics of Caesars Place via a common financial partner, but are in no other way affiliated according to the owner. I was not aware of this and I stand corrected. The Scottsdale store has moved to a new location closer to the motor mile in South Scottsdale and this happened when their lease expired. I was under the impression, given by a broker trying to sell their their former building that they had been evicted, but this is not the case. They are up and running and i'm looking forward to checking out their stuff sometime soon.
A proper 360 plate looks like this, and has an empty area in the lower section of your own engraving. Some people engrave the VIN, others engrave a special date, etc. etc. http://www.ricambiamerica.com/product_info.php?products_id=261238

A practically new, red/tan, highly optioned, 599 only bid to $75k over msrp. Am I missing something? Is demand already dropping to such a degree? Absolutely stunning car. I had the pleasure of sitting in an identical car in the park ave. NYC showroom in Dec. No drive though :-(
Ok, I know I am going to get flamed over this, but I have had just enough wine over diner to post this. I have personally driven this car and offered 125k over sticker and was turned down. Anyone who bid 75k over sticker just doesn't understand the fact that they paid MORE than that for this car. Face the facts, if anyone that hasn't bought a half a dozen cars from thier local dealer thinks they stand a chance of buying a 599 at sticker is out of thier minds. If anyone out there has one coming in (and I don't mean in the next year or so) and wants to deal, give me a pm.
