Here's me at 12,000 feet. You can't see the scuderia shields on my helmet though. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Shinedown inherited his ex guitar tech of 10 years Freddy and now Jasin is trashed every night when on tour. Zakk and his crew can definitely drink.
Please say you're not on the cigarettes + coke diet (aka the "Kate Moss") lol... If you don't mind me asking, have you started to eat correctly, working out, or both?
Working out will come soon. For now though, I've pretty much stopped all soda consumption (except on "vacations" like Cavallino, etc.), all candy/cake/fast food consumption - pretty much anything that I even remotely enjoy eating. Occasionally I will indulge - like if I go to the movies - but I'm generally being good about what I eat. Eating more than once a day is difficult, but I try to do it so I can effect a somewhat normal metabolism.
Yep. Freddy was a great guy. He came along with Nick from Pittsburgh ever since the Book of Shadows touring.
Is there anywhere in your area to go hiking? I used to go to a gym, but started hiking. The gym sucks, compared to getting some fresh air. Give it a shot if you can.
When I first changed my eating habits, I went to a local park and walked every night. I started off with three miles the first night, four miles the second night and five miles every other night from then on out. But it became so insanely boring that I stopped. I would prefer to exercise than just walk. I'm still too out of shape (and smoke too much!) to go running. Thanks, Ryan. I have considered some new threads, but keep putting it off. I absolutely need a new suit though; the only one I currently own now makes me look like a clown when I wear it. I feel like I'm drowning in it, it's ridiculous. The belt I'm wearing in that picture was purchased in April and when I bought it, I could barely get it fastened on the first hole. Now I'm on the fifth hole - the last hole - and will hopefully need a new one soon. For ****s and giggles, I went and tried on some jeans in a department store a few weeks ago. For the first time in I don't know how long, I fit into something under a 40" waist (38" relaxed fit). It was inspiring to realize that first hand. But I didn't need the jeans (and still prefer dressy pants over denim), so I didn't buy them. Thanks for all the words of encouragement, I appreciate it, it's meant a lot.
