I have to admit, I like the idea, but it looks really strange. It has an odd shape and it doesn't seem to have much clearance.
Hope it has air suspension to get it down that low. With that kind of clearance you wouldn't be able to turn.
I love it! here more photos, the price is wrong they sold it for more than $50K last year and the MSP back in 2005 was 90k Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
That thing is just way too fat to be a Ferrari F1 inspired bike. Whoever got the inspiration made a lousy job of making it reality. The similarity practically ends with the colour and graphics.. BTW I wonder whats Ferrari's stand on someone using the scudetto?
I don't think you are supposed to ride it, its just supposed to sit there and have scantily clad girls occasionally near or on it, but yes I agree, eww.
I think someone's going to get sued. It's one thing if someone throws a badge on their own car but, to be selling something that's obviously piggy-backing on the Ferrari brand and then sell it for big money, that's trademark infringement.
I saw it on display in the pits at leguna seca in 2005... I have a picture of Jay Leno sitting on it. He was walking through the pits about the time I stumbled upon it and the owner/creator asked him to sit on it so he could take a pic or something... I'll have to dig up said pic and post it up... EDIT: Now that I think about it, it was also at Conocorso Italiano that same year... "sadly" I didn't manage to get any pics.
This has been on here before, someone posted a video of it. It's ugly, but it sounded ok and spit fire out of the exhaust....so its ok to me. Mark
Never seen it before. It seems to be a post board for The Scuderia's, Sponser's. I looked at the front tire and it's a Metzeler, I think. The rear is the same. They should have been Bridgestone's, to continue the theme. Ciao...Paolo
