Last week I placed my 308 GT4 on FerrariAds and received about a dozen e-mails interested in the little Dino. My reason for parting with the car is solely due to my pursuit of my advanced degree. Well - the little car has a new home, my nephew David came to my rescue (he is good at that - especially now, after sucessfully completing his LACO fire fighter training last October).
He made me an offer I could not refuse.... A shoe in for the GT4 mafia....He is going to take the car until I complete my PhD. I was surprised at his proposal, since he is 27 years old. Most people his age would probably have opted for a newer F-car (like Mondial-328-348-355). He likes the classic cars, and promised to maintain the car as I did. So the GT4 will stay in the family, and Eugenio's will still take care of the car. Life is good.

    Joseph,

I am happy for you and sad at the same time. It looks like a GREAT car!! You could not ask for a better situation, however.
Good luck finishing your degree. Take care.

    Nice story. :)
All is not lost, as I am sure David will still take you driving in the Dino. Good luck with your degree mate. :):)

    Way to go...

by the way, you know he'll never give it back. If anyone knows, then you would, once you've driven one you can't ever understand why they don't cost TWICE as much.
