Got off real early to meet some friends @ an old military airbase which now serves as a private airport. Wanted to shoot some scenes in the dark with lights "trailing like comets" on the background but somebody just had to be late :(

Anyway here are some teasers. Guys, I'll probably burn them in a CD for you.

Yap that's mine, not really though since finance owns more than half of it :( so should there be a split, I'd use a chainsaw & cut it half. I keep the driver side, thank you.

Twelve years ago, I could only afford that kind of cap "Made in Thailand". Glad there's such a thing called ToTo :D

Are meet ups like these limited to only upper class Lambo and Ferrari owners? As i do not see any others marques like Porsches or Lotuses etc. Do other than F or L owners, the others are less privilege?

It's not about brands, it's about friends. You can see most of us are a crazy bunch. Many of us owns/ed Porsches to Toyota & I still ride my Vespa around town. Yeah I'm cheap, don't like to pay for carpark :D

But joining us can be lethal. I have a shipment to China, looking for runner, interested?

    The classic Italian job.

Audi, you should take a look @ momo & get Miki marketing Tel: 67491996 @ Genting Lane to bring one for you. They have a new replica "Nardi"? deep dish style made for classic 911s, more period correct for your old girl. It's a direct bolt-on, you have a 348 steering wheel.

Oh, you can switch the Ferrari horn button over as well.

If I'm not wrong, you have that wing @ the rear buttress which belongs to a 328. Am I wrong Isk?

When the car is done, you can take a look @ exhaust option. Ask FezzaF. or you can spend big bucks on a tubi.

Jon/Audi : The best 'period' MOMO would be the 'new' Monte Carlo. It has an oblong section and feels great to hold and the Ori. Monte Carlo was the actual wheel for the QV/328. Just take out the six screws from steering to mount and replace with the new MOMO. Thats all, no need to take out the adapter/mount. IIRC, the wheel comes with the Cavallino as well...

The rear 'roof wing' was an option on last QVs to combat the turbulence occuring when air passes over the roof and drops to the bonnet. Maybe a 0.1mph contributory effect but it looks good nontheless.....328s have it as standard..

Jon, it's obvious you have an eye for beauty. Great pics, pro standard and very arty. And as for the stuff that you sport on the 308 that should/shouldn't be there, keep the tips coming as I'll love to have her as original as possible while being practical.

Hi Phil, there's always a next time besides almost all had the cars less than 4 months ago & obviously enjoying them.

Maybe the telephoto lens caused the stretch you see? Haven't tried prime lens yet & I still don't know how to use the camera properly. Some pics have overexposed corners due to the strong sunlight. I tried the AE lock button & different metering system but still can't get it.

Thanks for the comments Alan. You have a beautiful 355 as well. Think we won't be making such a far trip anytime soon & some will visit when there's trackdays in Sepang. I did bring my TR up twice to KL last year with the 2nd trip alone.

Lung do it all the time few years back.
