    OK, so it might be a little late for me, but what do you guys think of buying art work created by famous "rock stars". I just purchaced a few pieces from Paul Stanley of Kiss at the Wentworth galleries. Have to admit there is the star struck thing happening, he gave me more attention than I would have expected, but then again I was like a kid in a candy store, and will probably have a stomach ache tomarrow...

    Congrats! Was he there? :) Have you got any pics of his work? I would love to see some. I reckon thats cool. As long as you are happy with it, it does not really matter who did the art work. But if was done by someone famous, then its that little bit more special. I would be proud to tell people that Paul Stanley did the art work. Any pics? :):)

    PAP, we can always count on you to be the first to give some good feed back. I just brought home the smaller painting the larger one will have to be shipped in a week or so. I will get some pics

    that is its first day on my wall, I have quite a few of his guitars in my collection, I will see if I can get a pic of the other painting from the gallery.

    Nice guitars. I love the Washburn 'smashed mirror' guitar of his. :):)

    I have the iceman mirror ball, it is the one left of the painting. I am looking for a few of the washburns, they are sweet. I have a few more earlier guitars from the 80's, but they are in the shop being painted.

    Cool. Who is painting them? A car paintshop or a guitar repair shop? I had my friend once paint an old black guitar for me in 2-pac paint and it come up trumps. :) He was a car spraypainter. :)

    That's cool Dave - any of Ace Frehley's Les Pauls or do you specialize in Paul's stuff?

    (I got Dressed to Kill for a birthday present in 1976...I ain't never been the same since :):):) )

    I just clooect the paul stuff, I had looked into getting the Les Paul and axe but then there would be less room for more of Paul's guitars
