Yeah Haha you totally blew the confidentiality of your client but who cares you are kindly looking out for us drivers! Thanks man and hope all is well. You need to post here more often.

My good friend in Mamaroneck, NY owns "The Cruisers Division" and does mostly all the work for the New York towns and cities. He was on the "Last Drive on 06" run it CT.

Hahahahha I doubt they visit this forum!! 'Sides the bulk of them are personal friends of mine so they really cool with me - they always let me mess with the cars - strange on the charger the shifter is up on the column - with only 12 and drive etc...

Speaking of unmarked donut sharks, I saw one of the NYC "taxis" today. Dunno how many they have, but the tags on this one were T800099. ;)

The Highway Patrol has mainly unmarked crown vic - light blue, dark blue, black, maroon etc... the Taxi cab is a "conditions" car which means that it does not usually do speed enforcement IE: RADAR,CLOCK etc.. it is mainly used for DWI patrols although if you do a "fly by" on one they WILL come get you - they also have a "slick top" car that has all the hwy patrol markings but without a lightbar so on the highway it looks like any other car until you are right on top of it.. I will dig up some more pictures and post them!

I know Long Island police cops have been getting a bunch of chargers too, I saw 2 Lake Success Cops go FLYING along the service road of the LIE westbound, and I saw a few marked ones and 2 unmarked ones pulling people over various parts of the LIE (around exits 34-37 or so), although it was at all different times so who knows if it was the same cop.

They are still in the pilot program.. meaning they see if the cars can handle the abuse before they become official - major complaint right now is the brakes.. they say they heat up to quickly

I've spotted a Nassau Cnty Hwy Patrol Charger a couple of times on the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway. He was sitting off to the side near one of the exits, perpendicular to traffic. It was fully marked as a police vehicle, but I did not notice a light bar on top (maybe I missed it).

I saw a marked one camping on the onramp from exit 33 on the LIE yesterday, either these guys wanna test them out in a high speed chase, or they're trying to make quota, I've seen wayyyy too many cops recently as opposed to almost none in the few months before

    Donut hole makers.

Nice to see that city contracts are going to above board competitive bidders :) As a NYC taxpayer I am thrilled to see my city tax dollars being awarded to a contractor who earns said business by offering the best and most cost-effective service.
