We have taken a liking to Portovino's on the Trans-Canada in Dorval. They make a fantastic osso bucco and very reasonably priced too. BTW, it's a bring your own restaurant but don 't let that fool you, the food is great. You need a reservation.

    Hey Vasco,

All is well, thanks for asking. As for any ideas on what I am going to purchase, it's all a matter of what is available and timing. F-Cars seem to be flying out of FoQ, they come in and out before you know it. Umberto, the sales manager at FoQ, and which he is also a friend or mine, offered me the F430 coupe (silverstone) and before I even had a slight chance to think about it, it was sold to a fellow from Halifax. Right now there is a 2003 360 F1 spider (titanium), my wife and kids are telling to go for it but I am not 100% sure, mainly due to the colour. I find titanium to be too mild of a colour, I am looking for a much more aggressive colour like yellow or a must have red. Honestly, I am confused. What do you guys think of the titanium ? Obviously the original wheels would have to be replaced with something a little bit more blinging. The 03 spider is on their website and BTW I am obligated to FoQ for my next purchase and not by force but simply due to the fact that they helped me sell my car at very close to my asking price, therefore in return I am giving them the business. If I don't decide on the titanium, I might be spending my first summer in 15 years without an F-Car.

Tony it's a big purchase as you know. If you are not 100% sure of the colour then pass dude. I would definetly pick up a red/tan if you had the chance simply because that is THE classic colour combo ;). Or of course Tour De France blue! But as for the yellow....we'll I think i'd pass. Looks hot but NOT a long term colour.

But you know best and it's what makes you and your family happy.

By the way, did your TR sell locally? Hopefully it came to Toronto ;)

P.S SORRY ABOUT THE OFF TOPIC BOYS!!!

Very nice Ryan. Glad you are living it up. Love seeing the Ontario plate on your old man's F430 spider. It just kinda stood out in a nice way :D

Oh and I noticed your profile location, you can't fit Ontario in their anymore :(

    LOL

    Best,

On the 360 its a sweet color, one of my favs, but the interior must be blk. I have seen tan and that red/oxblood and it just seems abit off compared to the blk. Good luck !!

Personally I love the Enzo, it looks a lot better in real life than in pictures. Seeing it go down the road, it looks like something from another planet.

I'm suprised noone noticed the silver Gallardo with scissor doors! I don't think you'll see that anywhere else.

Do any of you guys know about a 288 GTO that was recently sold by a Canadian collector to a UK purchaser? Apparently car was time warp with only 400 miles? Rumour is that car set a recent high price for a 288 GTO (not surprising if mileage and condition are at that level)

Just to clarify...the Octagon is in THORNHILL (Vaughan). The corner of Yonge st. and Arnold ave.

(I also had an ex that lived on Thornridge/Arnold ave.)

Terra (from the owners of North 44 restaurant) is also in Thornhill (Yonge -7), and its a great restaurant, a little $$ though...

Too many restaurants in Toronto to list......

The best "bang for the buck" is Grazie on Yonge and Eglinton....Great food for a great price, and lots of hotties in there on wkends!

Ya NM was there, they had approx. 10 cars on display, I think they even sold a couple of them right there at the show.
