I'm a Liverpool supporter too....even though I was a rugby player during my schooldays. Soccer's always been my favourite sport till 13 years old when the PE teacher pulled me and some other 'big' uns aside and told us to play rugby. That was it and I never played soccer except for once or twice since I tend to handle the ball and of course my mates don't think it was funny at all.....I do have the "You'll never walk alone" thingy on my cars though....

I stand corrected! Not Italian but then again, not german either cos the porsches/bmws dont make you sit so close to the wheel. Moreover, cant say germans have short arms. Look at Lehman at Arsenal! But the splayed legs thingy is there. Cos of the transmission tunnel, you have a tiny toe rest for the left foot and a noticable degree of slant to the left in terms of feet position.

The most important thing about this car is how it drives... the Gransport was a fun car throw around town and on track. I wonder how this new baby will handle.

Fuji Bianco is an excellent color. Only problem is price... S$30k more.

Think Quattroporte, only far more lithe and agile because of its shorter wheelbase. It's built on a shortened QP platform.

Haha... we're definitely not as tough - we only kick soccer boots into players' faces!

I agree that 'ol Fergie is passed his 'use-by' date, and I'm sure most Utd fans will agree with me. Even if Utd wins the title this year, I still think Fergie's time is up. The last few years were embarassingly bad and winning the title this year is not going to change the fact that everyone's got him (Fergie) figured out already.

As for Rafa, I'm not sure if he's the right manager for Liverpool. Even if he has the right game plan, he does not have the right players to carry it out. Unless he makes some astute signings (e.g. Ronaldinho), I really can't see Liverpool mounting a strong challenge for the title season in and season out.

Sorry, bro, just my 2c worth...

I have done all the Maserati coupe line. Only the GS got the guts to go.

I was not impressed with both the DS and the auto QP at all. Too much pitch and roll. Shorter may still not cut it. However, having said that... most companies improve and upgrade their product line. So lets see how the coupe turns out. I am open.

It is. But with fixed suspension system and not with the dreaded skyhook system.

Was the skyhook system that bad? What are your views of the system as compared to a standard set up?

Well? the skyhook suspension "whollows" too much IMO. It was too soft at the wrong time. It still allowed the car to pitch and roll on track. It was not predictable. What I like about the fixed suspension is that it was always predictable. U would know how the car was going to behave at certain turns and speed. I think the best way for me to summarize the performance between the two systems... the fixed suspension felt more sure footed and didn't feel floaty at anytime.

How did you sell/market the skyhook when u were a salesman at HSM?

The system sold itself. There was alot of hype when it first came out. Backed by "development" from Ferrari. There was a few software revisions, since I left so wondered how it faired in the end.

I do agree with you that at then end of the day standard suspensions are more predictable, especially when driven hard.

Oh man :) "salesman at HSM" hope it does not stick. Reason why I left, was because one day I woke up and realised that this industry is too cyclical :) I did not envision being a seller all my life :) I plan to be an owner one day in the near future :) < or equal to 10 years. By then hope I dun need viagra to get it up when it gets happening! Hee!

Me stand corrected too!! Yep, Germans are supposed to be normal...hence we can arrive to TWO raison d' etre:

    1. The switch from LHD to RHD causes the ergo to be off. Witness the old Pcars. On LHD examples, the pedals aren't as askewed as them RHD ones...

    2. Lambo wants the drivers to sit close to the tiller, ala the real racers. No stilo milo driving position, rather a full concentration thing with arms bent on the tiller for instantaneous corrective measures....!
