    Wow.

I don't understand the layout of the seats though... they will have people sitting in there like it's a bus. Just dumb and pointless really. The best part about a 360 is the balance and handling, and this ruins that. I guess it's just for shock value, but it totally defeats the purpose of what a limo is for.

It'll be interesting to see how it turns out when finished - best of luck. Wasn't there once a 412 stretch limo?

We have looked at many pictures of stretch ferrari limos and all are replicas , The cars seating config will be 8 spartco carbon seats all facing forward the centre sections will be motorized gullwing doors everything is made from carbon fibre even the 3 rollover bars with the total weight of the stretch only adding 150lbs so without passengers the straight line speed wont be compramised hence it been entered in the world records as the fastest limo and longest ferrari ,the Idea was to give limo customers a ferrari experiance rather than the typical limo piss up.

The carbon fibre designer chris was also the engineer that did the pannels on the Mclarren SLR he has also been speaking with the guy who designed the 360 chassis who has been enthusiastic with his help and Tech info .

Most ferrari lovers will hate this car but Theres no doubts it will get more attention than a standard 360 .

You misunderstood him, he's saying that this is the first real Ferrari limo.
Interesting to say the least, I'd rather have a normal 360, and it's ironic that after making it a limo you add a huge wing on it, but it will be nice to see the finished car.

that's pretty cool, only 150lbs of added weight! You must admit it would be hilarity to race one of those rice rockets and smoke it in a limo

That's kind of classy, actually. The added chrome blows, but hey......

Not at all. This was done with expert engineering with the best of materials and technology. Someone tears apart an outdated car and just because it's a Ferrari, you say it's in bad taste. If this was done with a Lexus or Mercedes I'm sure you wouldn't have anything to say. People get all offended when someone does something out of the ordinary to a Ferrari and it's just ridiculous. It's just a car. As long as it is done properly, I would say it is commendable.

That said I wouldn't want to see this done something like a Daytona Coupe, due to the history and rarity. There are just so many 360s around that it really shouldn't be bothersome, as long as it doesn't become a trend...

Those are luxury sedans, not balanced sport cars. A Lexus or Mercedes would make a good limo because they are built for comfort and cruising. Those sport seats don't look comfertable at all, and defeat the whole purpose of what a limo is... then by stretching it 110", it defeats the whole purpose of what a Ferrari is. So it fails to work as a limo and as a sports car.

This was built just to gain shock value, and they succeeded. But that doesn't mean they won't look like idiots climbing out of it. :p

Not to mention the lack of torque really putting a hamper on the 'limo.'

    I was replying to this...

Good luck in your project. Im not a fan since what i like the most in a Ferrari is the driving experience but cant lie and say im not intrigued.
