I hope to get the other parts next week can't wait to see it complete. Rosso Corsa 300-12D was the right decision for me it looks much nicer much more red as the rosso scuderia i had before.

Yep. Yellow 348's look fantastic. Second best to Rosso.

 

I would still like to know where you drive this car when you take pics.

Awesome! Where did that rear end come from?

 

The Taillightpanel was made by my friend and me.The rearbumper is a 355 challange.

 

Now with doors and sideskirts mounted. Now only the headlights and engine is missing.

Those wheels are awesome as are the rear wheel spacers. Or is it the new wheels offset?
Whats the story mate. 348 front and rear bars and 355 doors? Or 355 front and rear bars also?
Your car is going to be beautiful when complete. LOVE those wheels. What are they called Samy?

 

I don't have spacers on the rear the offset in the rear is 45mm. 9,5x19" 285/30 Dunlop Sportmaxx. The front are 8,5x19" with 35mm offset and 235/35 Toyo T1R. I'm happy with the front offset but on the rear some space is left maybe i put a 5 or 10mm spacer on it. The wheels are from Elia / Azev and called Type M.

I got 355 front and rearbumper, doors, taillights, hood scoop. Sideskirts and mirrors were out of my budget at the moment.

Some pics from today. Been nearly 6 weeks since I have driven my 348. Washed her and took for a beautiful drive this morning for a few hours. I love my car. Looks and sounds fantastic!!

Hahaha!! Probably. Top pic is after I washed the car. Very dusty after 6 weeks. 2 pics were at the local parts shop, Autobarn. Visited a friend there.
Last pic with the truck, was up town. I went to the local cafe latte scene and had come chocolate cake. Anywhere else, other than Mount Isa, you would have seen a few 355 Spiders, but not here.

 

I reckon. Had 3 weeks holidays. Came back and have been really busy, so car has been sitting till today.

As you can see, front left spoiler paint is damaged. Brother did it when I was away on holidays. Baby GG's ride on car was in front of the 348, my brother did not check to see if the coast was clear and drove the car down the driveway with it jammed under the front of the car. F*cked it. Going to get my friend to fix it asap. They are really busy at his shop. Fibreglass is ok, just needs to be rubbed back and repainted. Silly mistake that is going to cost him.

Put a 355 Bumper on For me it looks much better .. but i'm born in the 80's and my favorit designs are all from 1994-1998. At least it is fun when i get questions like "so is it based on the pontiac or toyota? Turbo or N/A toyota?" I really met someone asking that after the conversion immediatly But he told me that the bodykit is very bad because the back hood is totaly wrong. And the overal proportion and roofline isn't ferrari at all, he said, because the toyota roof isn't change on the bodykit.

 

So that's going to fix GG's ride. But what are you doing about yours?

 

Cost him?! Ah, don't ride him too hard. After all, now you've got the chance to mold on an SS front lip.
