I swear every damn 575 I call about has JUST sold. I'm looking for an 04 with tan interior (or a variation of) with Black exterior or any of the blues. This combo sure seems to be hot!

Do you think its b/c the 599 is basically impossible to get?

Hang in there, you'll find one. It took me about 2 months to find the one I ended up buying.

Nero and Argento seem to be the two colours which buyers seek

I don't know anything about that car, but it has been on the market for a LONG time.

I saw that one, and heard the same story. It's not in line with the other cars out there price wise so that could possibly be why it sits. I have decided to be patient and wait for the dealer to get one in. The piece of mind for me will be worth the wait. Thanks to everyone that PMed and posted possible suggestions!

Same story here in good ol' Europe. I've been looking for a 575 Fiorano (or for a cheap standard car that I can upgrade to Fiorano later) and I tell you, as soon as they drop under the $115K threshold (which is my maximum threshold to avoid massive depreciation in the next 3-4 years) they disappear within HOURS. I have already lost a yellow '03 with 20000 miles ($112K), a red '02 F1 with 8000 miles ($113K) and now also a grigio alloy/tan 03 F1 with only 2000 miles ($115K). At these prices they disappear off the market before you can call. On the other hand, it's interesting to see how there are many excellent 575s (including Fioranos) which have been lingering at official dealers for months, just because they refuse to drop their prices below $125K, a price at which curiously NOBODY seems to want them :). Funny market ain't it. :)
