Sifting through some old photos, found a pic of my first brand new car, when I was 27, paid £18k for it. BMW's were still made well in those days,I thought I had arrived when I got that car :D:D:D

Now this is sad but my first new car was a vectra, ****e I know but I loved the fact that it was new...

worst new car I had was a 330 sport bimmer - the dealer experiance was shocking, pretty much amounted to heres the keys - the cars outside and its raining...

best new car experiance - Audi - really make you feel special when you collect it

Most cheezy nrew car experiance - ford, XR2 for the ex-wife, salesman appears with a huge bunch of flowers - felt like a nob

Mate, the N plate was 97, you were not 27 then :D:D

My first 'Brand New' was a RJ Reynolds Tobacco company orion 1.4LX, just on the new shape about on a J plate.

The first brand new car we owned was a K plate fiesta Azura, the first 'proper' brand new car being a N plate Golf GTi in Mystique blue ...:dude:(I actually was 27 then :smug:)

    both company cars.

Other than the wifes Focus the only cars I have ever bought are the 308 and the infamous Rover 416GSi - both of which are still in my possession.

I have not had the pleasure of owing a new car yet. I could, but nothing new interests me. Well, nothing in my price range. Would love a new 430 or 599. But I would have to rob a bank for one of those............:(:(

My first brand new car (and my first car) was a 1971 TVR 2500. Paid $3500 US for it when I was going to school in Richmond, VA. I had to take out a bank loan with my father as a co-signer!
I kept the car for over 30 years and well over 275,000 miles and only sold it to buy my 328GTS.

Ford Orion 1600 Ghia - I forgot, I actually had one of those as a company car too. At the time I didn't think it looked too bad but I shudder when I see one now.

V reg Ford capri 3 liter ghia in light gold.
At the time I was looking for a 3 liter S as that was considered the dogs but could not find one in the UK.
It seemed fast at the time but that V 6 (I think it was called either a Kent or Essex engine) probably only put out about 150 bhp.
