Yap, very expensive hobby. I can buy a few good lens with a set of rubbers & the lens are still worth half after a few years of abuse Maybe slot some Jap make, just don't like the idea of damaging my Callistos & knowing me, I'll probably spin out (hopefully not) Can you please share what you've been taught?

Nope. Park next door at G Eastern and cant get the car down to B2 without scraping so am limited to B1
buyer is serious but he really needs a paddle shift and not a stick. And is very unlikely to buy brand new. Unless Derek can pull a rabbit out of the hat or something spectacular like that and convince him that now and new is the way to go. So beef jerky doesnt yank your chain? Maybe we should swap for the weekend to weaken the resolve at both ends....
you mean you opp me only? how come i never see your car? i usd to park ar GE too but that was with the rara for awhile.
can. swap my black car for your black car any weekend bro! tell buyer to live a little lah, he's got to spend some of it some time...

mkt sideways... but its ok, i kenna toto already. haha! prob can join you guys, will go es this afternoon to do pre-check
Jon, For track use, I would recommend getting some Yokohama A048-R or A032-R if they have your sizes. Reasonably priced (at least in smaller sizes) and excellent performance. Not sue where you would get them here on short notice. However, if you are planning on regular track days, a set of proper slicks (Michelin, Dunlop or Hoosier) and a good set of rims would be a good investment. FF
Thanks FF, was thinking about Yokos but the spare rims are 19" too. They have a set of 19" Corsa, less than S$5K Ooops I think the next trackday is 3months away unless I join other groups but come to think about it, all the heavy wear on the clutch, bushes & bearings are bigger maintenance which goes back to my initial idea. Buy a cheap Jap car, strip out to mod for track use only & keep in a garage in KL but that's when I move to KL later. Meanwhile best to sign up schools or be your student
Jon, The Lambo's are designed to take a fair amount of hard work. I wouldn't worry about a track day if you do the necessary prep and post checks. Probably only a set of pads and some adjustments. Only real issue are the walls but they are a long way off the track at Sepang. Much more dangerous at Pasir Gudang. Seen some bad crashes there. An fun alternative is to get yourself a RADICAL SR3 or Atom from UK - used track cars are going for not much $$ - and import it to Singapore as an "Approved race car" and keep it at Sepang for track use. Cheap, extremely fast (250+kph down straight and flat chat in corners) and easy to maintain the Hyabusa engine. Break one and can replace from wrecked bikes or not much $$. Get your friends to get them and you can race each other on track days. Alternatively check outthese for NZD$22k before bargaining http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motors/Specialist-cars/Competition-cars/auction-88916895.htm - add GST and shipping and you hav have a pure race car for Under SGD$30k. FF
Holy cow! Those are interesting stuff! Interesting issue is they were from Malaysia & if we were to buy & put it back to Sepang again Looks like A1 GP stuff. They lokk serious business with the suspension etc. I like
If a few of you decide to get them and share the container, it ill be cheaper. Also, a multiple buy will probably come with spares. Would lap Sepang in 2m00s-2m10s or thereabouts. That is quick!! MotoGP do it in 2m05s. FF
yes... i would love to do it if there are enough takers. might be better if there was a operator handling all the logistics, mechanical support etc..
Ok, here's the bill for tinting your windows darker than we think it should & those fancy metal nos on the plate don't come up too well on our cameras. $70 bucks each. Thank you for contributing to nation building. Yours sincerely, Traffic police
Speaking of MotoGP, a big mama bike with a centre exhaust just smoked me....these are fast machines, 0-100 in 2 secs very very few Cars can beat that
