    Hi guys,

Has any f-chatter have any dealing w/ Lambo of Chicago "service" (not sale) department? I understand that Stan is no longer there and unfortunately, he is currently "not" in position to perform any services on his own. Thanks in advance.

Don Pagano ran their service dept when i owned my Gallardo, he did a great job! as for the techs, stephan was the only guy i spent time talking to, and he was as careful as any other tech i have met.

Don is no longer there for personal reason. The new S.M is Ron Neal who appears to be very prompt, accomodating and service oriented. That's my initial impression so far. Stephen is servicing my Lambo at this moment. Will write up and share my experience upon completion. Thanks for your response, Jim.

I'll put in my two cents...

A few years ago, i took my 328 to the guys in West Chicago on North Av. and they did a very nice job. They were very curtious and professional and the pricing compaired to any other high end dealership service department. I am still driving the 328 and so far, the water pump they replaced is still working ok...

don said his wife had an opportunity at another radio station, that they were considering moving, maybe thats what he did. looking forward to hearing your thoughts on stephan. the lambo westmont location is not good for me, one reason i bought my Gallardo was that sales/service was so close. lake forest/hinsdale isnt real close either, but the 430 is calling my name. decisions, decisions

I had some service done there as well. They are great people and really do a thorough job. I highly recommend them. By the way, they have the greatest salesman that will go above and beyond for his customers. Any guesses???
