Well they are not the most reliable because here in Canada that is the rep they have/had. We were never prepared nor gave Alfa a fair chance. The one I had drove perfect!

I won't even go there with the QP...that car was the coolest thing. I would guarantee it was one of the top 5 nicest QP's available for sale anywhere! Sold for a song...

But alas, I have a lead on a 84 with 30KM

 

It's all about the autox, ok not actually my car, but I do drive a Saturn so I take a little bit of pride.

Have the old Maserati's (Biturbo, QP) gone up in value since the new models have come out?

I'd love to have an original red biturbo, or red Alfa Romeo Milano....

And you asked about reliability on an Alfa? LOL. Maser is bad too dude. I always loved them too but man are the Bi-Turbo's a pain to maintain!

I also had an 1986 425 (Rare biturbo 4 door) with only 64KM's and it needed over 3G's work!

Yup, both are pretty bad on maintenance, but I'd still love to have one of each. Actually, two of each, that way I can swap parts if one breaks down.....

 

Got myself self a new toy a couple of months ago and now she's being signed off by the Fairline factory and is ready for transport to Egypt. Should take delivery of her in a few weeks. A 50 ft. Fairline Phantom 48. Any F-Chat members coming to Egypt are welcome aboard for a cruise on the Red Sea. Engines, 1150 Hp .

The Red Sea was a real discovery for me last winter, above and under water ,it was amazing. Egypt is a great holiday destination. Nice people great hotels, amazing cultural history. Youre greatgreat-grandparents were unbelievable inventors and builders.

You won't need the raincovers, on the lower deck, they look bad and i don't think it will ever really rain down there

You must have lots of friends since you posted the new toy and invited the F chat community aboard, hope you have lots of spare time lol.

The logo will remain Fairline, but wait until she arrives. I will have a Ferrari flag up on the flybridge beside the registration flag .

 

Cool , mine is due to arrive on March 11th. Most probably both of ours came off the same assembly line.
