    I've been procrastinating like a mad man to buy tickets for this year's Grand Prix in Montreal. I am definitely going, and I'm probably driving up in the the 355. I have a few other friends who are coming as well, but before I buy my tickets who's definitely in?

    I'm not sure if I'm going up yet but Montreal is such a fun time. It was really cool meeting you up there for the first time 2 years ago while you were cruising in your 355.

    The tickets sell out fast as the time approaches, and many are already gone. I think tuttebene and Mike White are sitting in stand 24, but I loved the seats I got last year in stand 34 and would like to get them again. Note that my stand choice is based on ticket price vs. view.

    Thing is, once you buy your tickets, its like buying them for a concert, because you can't add extras near you at a later time. I will definitely buy my tickets next week, so if you're in, let me know and I'll buy them as a group. For payment, PM or contact me.

    Hi there, we go every year and will again be in Montreal in June, sitting at GS11 for the 5th year in a row while the wives visit family and friends.

    Stayed at the W last year, will try to book again but have a standing reservation at the Hyatt if the W falls through.

    It'll be a very interesting season...

    It's been a long time brother! Approx. how much are tix and I heard that most hotels, esp. in the city are already all booked(?).

    The drive is about 400 miles - I've done it in as little as 5 hours and as much as 7.

    There is almost always room at the Hilton Montreal Dorval Airport; have stayed there the past three years and its very good, and only a 5-10 minute drive from downtown. For ticket prices, go to: http://www.grandprix.ca/

    I'm assuming the "Grandstand" tix are the tickets to get and the "General Admission" tix not even worth it? Stand 34 looks like a good vantage pt.

    Great to see that you are coming up again. If your plans don't work 100% I have an extra ticket at 24 - same seats we have had the last three years. You are welcome to join us. FYI, we'll be leaving Thursday am to do the pit walk.

    Last year we found this funky indoor go-kart track not far from downtown. It was a blast. This year we should plan to get the f-chatters there for a crazy time one night. Warning - funky is good in that its laid back with few restrictions; bad if you don't bring your own helmet. They have loaners there but who wears somebody else's hat right? So we are all (Dave White, Jim S., my son Keith, my younger brother and I) are all bringing our own helmets this year. F1 in two more weeks CAN'T WAIT !!

    Hope to see you soon as well as meeting up with some F-Chatters in Montreal Forza Kimi!

    Yup Yup. Brendan is going to get pit passes for ferrari from a shady guy in Studio City, CA. Who knows what kind of "favors" he is going to have to do to get the passes:)
