I bought my first 348 from them. I was a true Ferrari newbie. The owner of the dealership assured me that they had done the major service. It had never been done. The service manager told me that they simply forgot to stamp the books. When I took the car to a mechanic, he saved all of the parts, as well as saved samples of all of the fluids. The paint on the brake bleeders had never even been broken. Additionally, the owner of the dealership out and out lied to me on several occasions regarding the previous ownership history. I sold the car to someone else about three years ago and I see that the car is now back at Rayco. Interestingly, they are advertising it as a one owner car. They are blatant liars!!!

Relax, it's actually a "one-owner-at-a-time car". Very desirable as such.

Yep. Stay away from those "two owners at a time" cars.

    Classic.

A perfect Clinton-esque parsing of the original meaning.

(intended as non-political - trust me, a Bush-esque quote is even worse.)

i just visited there show room about 3 weeks ago. I was there for about 15 min and noone even bother to come over and ask if i need any help. Seem rude so i left and went to Coccia and bought a new Lincoln MKZ. Nice car. They had a maserati and a Mercerdes that i was interested in buying for my wife's birthday. I was think of taking my TR and 348 there for service since it is so close. Does anyone know anything about how they service cars?

I am going to jump in too. I live in north central Pennsylvania. (The boonies) Nothing around here but Car Quest. I have met these people before, and Scranton is only about two and a half hours from me. I was planning on taking my 512TR there to get the interior and engine compartment detailed. And eventually getting the belt service done. But after reading the 348 story, I am definitely leary of going there now. I am so far north in Pa. that I am only 1 hour from Elmira N.Y. and 2 hours from Binghampton N.Y. But I haven't heard of anyone in these areas that work on Ferraris either. If anyone knows, I am open to suggestions. Thank's, Hugh

I know Rayco's Detail shop well. Damian is a good man and details all my cars for me. They already detailed my 7 and SL, and now are doing my 328.
