If anybody was planning on going but was hard up for accomodation I might be able to help you out. I will be there Friday, Saturday and Sunday and possibly tomorrow for the Porsche driver training.
I don't intend to come as I need to earn some points at home for being away so much lately... But I'm trying to get another sick QLD car ready to race and it may be last minute, in which case I'll bring it down for him, and hang around for the scenery. OR, I might refit my ignition pack to the BB if I get time(previously loaned it to another car for testing), and bring that down. It's an event not to be missed if possible. Some great cars to be seen and more importantly... heard!

OKayyyyyyyy! Does anyone know if TB is coming with his 365 GTC/4 to race? I've just taken on another job... UK spec steel 308GTB (drysump)... going back to original yellow paint (currently resale combo), and full cage and full race spec rebuild. Historic SC/Targa type car. Driver is pretty good too (nearly as fast as me in a kart if he's watching!)
and yes so many good people no longer wish to be involved.Jim your a past racer,how many Brabhams are running,Elfins,Lotus and Aussie owned F5000s cars,their out their sitting in peoples garages.Don't get me wrong I'd love to be out their racng,I choose not to.If I sold my Boxer and Aston Martin I could buy a serious race car like a Brabham Climax, but what for and put up their all their ****,no thank you!
