i listed my 348 spider with globalautosports.com. seems like a great deal about 75$ for 90 days online with fotos and money back guarantee if not sold by then.

let me know what you think of ad.

    thanks

Agreed, I think you are going to have a hard time attarcting interest at that listing price. You should try something like $61,900 or so and figure to sell the car close to $60K after a longer marketing time. If you wanted to gain some real attraction, drop the listing price to $59,999 and take a bit less. I always do the "time value of money" test when listing cars. That is, less money now is worth more to me than more money later. But then, I'm no professional! :p

    thanks so far

i didnt want to list a price at all just a 'contact owner for price' but site recommended one. other listings are much higher even though theyre dealers. my car should have more value with expensive rims and roll hoops. fchat ads also same ballpark $

i do say need to sell to get gt3 and no reasonable offer refused so i would think interested buyers should at least contact me to negotiate.

    more thought please

There is a pic with original wheels. Are they included in the purchase? I'd make that clear to any prospective buyer.

Not to be picky, but you misspelled meticulous and serviced. On a high end car spelling counts! Good luck in the sale.

Looks like the listing from cars.com.

Is your car listed there as well?

cars.com uses a database that gathers from many sources including local papers. When you list in the Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinel your ad goes on cars.com . I found my car on cars.com and the seller did not even know it was listed there.

I called Ferrari of Denver about a whether a car listed on Global was available. Here is their response:

"No, unfortunately, this is an old listing from some bogus website in Canada that steals our listings. Sorry, Mike"

He obviously did not pay $75.

can you tell me why you dont think it will sell?

would someone in market for black/tan 348 spider at a lower $ not respond to my ad when i say 'no reasonable offer refused due to new gt3 coming soon'?

should i change ad to say $60k firm and wheels and roll hoops extra for another $5k?

this answer would be of great help to me

Well if you are not in a hurry to sell, then by all means try and get as much as the market will bare :).

I know 'spiders' command more because they are cooler ;) . The price just seems a tad bit high. Though since you have that 'no reasonable offer refused' statement in there, it may attract some that may otherwise move on.

Congrats on the new GT3 :D
