If you like the cassiopeas, they should have stock. Where are you going to chrome them?

I used to do my chroming @ a factory in Kallang Bahru. They'd need to strip the silver paint first & I'm not sure if any factories here can do good quality hard-chrome on Aluminium. Should cost at least S$200/rim for a quality chrome but eh very bling IMO. Wait, I remember there's a paintshop here that sprays chrome paint (they do it on helmets, bike fuel tanks & rims), one of those tuner shop @ Ubi has the contact. I can check if you want, much easier, faster & cheaper than chroming them.

If you're importing from US, should cost about US$700 on shipping alone before GST & local customs clearance (can be few hundred bucks) but you can get the shipper to find the best deal on door-door delivery (get them to send to the tyre shop). Oh your shipper may charge you US$100 to crate it as well.

I've bought a set of wheels on Ebay before, took a month or two to complete. The rubbers there can be cheaper than ours but adds a lot of weight to shipping.

You can go HRE etc. as well & polished, deep-dish etc but expensive route....

If budget allows maybe can contact that the company that does semi C.fibre super light rims.

I was actually looking to commisson an Italian factory in Bologna to make Titanium bolts for our Gallardos, make a few sets & sell. About US$1K for a set of 20 & comes in a small briefcase but they never replied my email. They do sell a set for Ferrari 360s. Titanium is one/third the weight of steel.

Net order, part of the fun if you have the time.

Anyway, most reputable tyre shops can help you to make order from the manufacturers etc. They'll make some $ but settle your shipping, fitment etc. Check with Wilson, he ordered one set through a local shop from a maker in Australia.

Think so, but as mentioned there are many rim makers out there. Make sure they're at least forged (I think it's a special casting process which makes them stronger)

Phil, thanks but probably not. Wife not a big fan of the CT and I rather save my fight for when I want to change my toys. In this case, it looks like we are leaning towards a 5 series although I am trying to land an M5 or an E55.
Can't help wondering about the CT or QP though, sigh...
