I've got 20 bucks on the fact that this turns out to be some pre-adult white male who's clearly on his way to a life of rape, torture, and murder.

I'm not sure which is worse. Doing this to an innocent animal that never harmed anyone. Or doing something like this to a girl who has had enough problems in her life.

i don't get where people get the gall to do something like this. personally, i couldn't stand hurting a goldfish, let alone something like a dog. that's just terrible, i can't imagine seeing someone doing this to any living thing. let alone the fact that i can't imagine what is going through that poor girl's mind right now, that must be almost impossible for anyone to bear.

 

Finding this sicko should be easy enough. Dog's name was Chevy, so just investigate anyone with multiple Blue Ovals in their ownership.

My God! My greatest fear is that some equally sick judge will give him therapy and blame it on society and a troubled childhood.

 

I wonder if the dog was trained by an accredited facility. I know the penalties for messing with a CCI dog are pretty stiff. That would be good to add to the charges. Animal cruelty really shows the lowest level of sickness.

 

Unbelievable. I bet they'll find the guy, since he obviously knows who the girl is. They could probably draw a 100ft. circle around her house and catch the creep.

 

A man has been arrested in the case. If he's guilty, I sure hope justice is served.

Let's be careful that our self-guilt racism doesn't get in our way. Some of you might remember that the "DC snipers" were supposed to be white males driving a white van. Something very different was the case. We want the REAL perp, no matter who that is. BTW, interfering with a guide dog is a serious felony. Let's hope we get this character.

 

Good, they caught the guy. Nailing the guy on the "terrorist threats" thing means they will really throw the book at him. Then, this guy will get some prison justice. Once the word gets out who this guy is and when he'll be arriving for jail time they'll be waiting for him. It'll be a contest to see who gets him first.

 

This is my thought. If someone did that to our dog, I'd need some strong medication to deal with it.

I agree. I would be a total wreck if that happened to one of my dogs. I hope that poor girl is coping well. It must be really tough since this story is plastered all over the news for her to constantly relive.
