Seat Belt inertia lock?

First off, I ran a search and couldn't find this and I'll post pics soon (and the s/n Robbie). I just got my F355, but both my seatbelts are locked into position against the rear bulkhead. They are not in the seat clips, so I cannot really feed more belt into the spools to try to get them to unlock. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing that the shipping triggered the seatbelt inertia locks like a sharp curve does, but I can't figure out how to get more slack in the belt.

The problem is that its wound all the way in already. I need the spool to feed out some belt.

This is happening on both belts.

 

Drove it without wearing a seatbelt for 20 minutes, then reached for the belt and guess what = it works. The true Italian way.

Of course, the passenger belt still didn't work.

About an hour later, I just walked to the garage, reached through the window and gave that one a tug and it now works, too. She's teaching me who's boss I think.
