Forgive me if this is not the right place to get the word out. My name is Peter Costa. I’ve been a Ferrari chat member for six years now and an enthusiast forever. At this time if you’re looking to refinance, purchase a home, or need a home equity; I would like to extend to all Ferrari chat members and friends a great offer. As a Loan Executive at MilMar Financial, I provide personalized service, competitive rates, and most importantly, no closing costs. This is a considerable amount of savings that will benefit anyone’s bottom line. If you are interested, please call me at 586 873 2861 or at the office 248 687 3100. You can also email me at: [email protected].

    Best regards,
    Peter

My apologies to Ferrari Chat Members. Evidently this was not the appropriate forum to post. Yes, I've been on Ferrari Chat for three years, owned my car for six, and yes I'm aware that I have not many postings. Although, I've read many postings that helped me fix my vehicle and many that are pure spam. I can assure you that my posting is genuine and not intended to take advantage of anyone. Enjoy the race this weekend.

    Thank you,
    Peter

You should look into joining a group like FOC Michigan to kind of "legitimize" yourself. Just my .02.

    Peter,

Do you intend to make any money, or are you giving your commission to the borrower?

You sound just like any other lender trying to make a sale.

    Peter:

I can appreciate your retraction, otherwise you would have been landbasted by the community....you may still get that.
It is not wise to publish your phone numbers on an open public board.

You have used the board to benefit for years, right. Why not give back a little? You are either grossly naive or your full of it.

Regardless your message is a solicitation for business. Even your thread title implies a "savings" of which you are proposing nothing other than what you would give any Joe Blow.

    Where is the common sense.....

I appreciate your response. I didn’t believe people would react in such a matter. The point that I was trying to make was exactly what you have written, give back to the community. It’s pretty common for a mortgage lender, bank, and or credit union to charge additional fees. I’m in a position to offer to the Ferrari community something back, ultimately this was one avenue I could have done so. Believe me I would love to take my post off the chat forum; it wasn’t intended in what people are writing.

    Thank you,
    Peter
