I like the exhaust tips from IMSA but looks like you need to change the bumper as well & the gas may just black out the sides as well.

Based on the pricing you just quoted... the rims will cost $20k? Heavy!!

The Hamann rims sounds more reasonably priced don't you think?
Who else makes nice 20' rims?

thanks for the suggestion but unconvinced by the aesthetics of the cls. still looks like a "banana boat" car to me! looks more and more like the m5 although i'm informed there's an estate version a la the rs6.

I am staying at the Banyan Tree. I will be leaving on the 730am flight on Thursday.

BKK is a great place. The new Paragon shopping center has a floor for the showrooms of the various exotic cars.

Chrome the rim then use a chrome laquer with a black candy to give it the tint you want or chrome paint the rim with the candy tint added to the chrome paint. Job done.

You are right, the touring version was released in Geneva last week. I believed as a daily comfortable yet beasty drive, the AMG is the way to go, but I will still take a M5 anytime.

I just come to the conclusion that the man behind the Garfield comics in the life section is having some bad moments. Garfield has been whacking the spider friend of his for the past week!

Plus I leart a new word that aptly describes the "big brother of this forum" hehehe

    "Hubris Hypothesis"

Its a hypothesis that one typically overestimates their own ability, because rising to the "top" has given them and exaggerated sense of their own capabilities.

Ok back to my PSLE preperations!

Jon, just found out that a 2001 Diablo SE is more expensive than a 2003 Murcie in the USA.

    Is it?! That's comforting :D

But then in US, an '04 360CS is worth a lot more than an '04 Gallardo :(

I'm thinking of keeping the Diablo in NZ or Malaysia. Papervalue to export is about S$400K this month. Body's about S$250K+/-, reasonable considering the fact that I was toying the idea of buying an early Countach (about S$150K) & importing it here under Classic scheme & the Countach is a lot more primitive & prohibitive to maintain than this best Diablo. NZ, because my friend has a cardealership there so he can handle the export/import & another develops property. Both have been asking me to retire there :D

The latter goes to dive & catch live lobsters on Thursdays for dinner & kids education is free.

Isk, you were saying a foreigner can import two cars without duties? Can hook me up?

BTW, the 6.0SE share the same chassis as the Murcie, has lifter (not much help), 4WD, power steering & rake adjustment too, chain driven, shortshifter & lower gear ratios than normal Diablos but only 5 speed & the exhaust is very very very quiet.

You guys know what, I'm still on halftank of my fuel from Sepang since last Monday!

A Foreigner who intends to subscribe to " Malaysia, My Second Home", with 'reasonable income' that rules out Bangladeshi/Indonesian/Myanmar contract labourers and/or Filipino maids...you get the idea...Some paperwork to be done to gain the status, but I'll see what I can do...

Larini for exhaust on them Devils....
