    I am looking to buy a 348TS out of state from a non ferrari dealer. I would like to know if you normally have to pay 100% before its shipped or pay some amount before and the balance after I receive it. TIA TOM

    I have done it both ways, same carrier.
    Once paid upon pickup, once paid on delivery.

    Just make sure it's a legitimate hauler
