    No factory alarm. Which is a good thing in my book. One less bothersome electric device in an Italian car.

    There is a battery kill switch. I dont think an engine kill switch exists.

    isn't the battery kill switch an after-market mod? I didn't think it was factory.

    I've seen cars with them, but lots without. Or just don't know where to look.

    The 348 battery kill switch is factory; 348 alarms are aftermarket.

    PLEASE RESIST POSTING THE LOCATION OF THE BATTERY SWITCH.

    This goes for battery location, too.

    Yes. The 348 has an electronic kill system, also known as "CAT ECU". There are two control boxes, for greater reliability.
