Well, my wonderful wife, who is also a graphic artist, installed my scuderia shields today from Ricambi and man they look GREAT!!! I am well pleased with the quality of product received and the fit they have on the fenders. We took measurements at the dealership today and applied painters tape top and bottom. Then applied 2 marks top and bottom from the seams in the fender and door to the tips of the shields. This made them perfectly level and in position. Remove 3m backing and presto!!!!
Man it really changes the overall appearance of the car and I don't care that they are not original. Thanks to Daniel for great service at Ricambi!
Now I am installing my challenge grill this weekend!!!! YAHOOOOO!!!!

    Here are the pics!!!!!

Robert, not a big fan of the after market shields but it seems that yellow is the ONLY color that works well with them.

Nice job and kudos for allowing your wife to take on such a task. I don't allow my wife to wash the windows, let alone do something this scary, but she did a terrific job!

Very nice and she's obviously a talented person.

Now if she could just get the "key" to be a real one!!!

    Looks great.

Take your time with the challenge grille so you don't scratch any paint.

I was not a fan either, but alas, I had a great offer on a great car and couldn't refuse, but I could add shields!!!!!

My wife does installs on lots of vehicles, vans, trucks and such, so noooo fear with her on the job!!!

Thanks for the kind words guys!!! I had the fluid service today and the car is in "super" shape according to the service team at Ferrari of Washington. Great bunch of guys also!!
I am going to purchase a second set of wheels and get some track tires for the car. FOW will keep them stored for me and bring them to the track on track days and swap the sets for the track events. Can't wait for June!!

Rob I was in the same situation as you. Hard to pass up the car, but could always add shields. Though the factory way was too expensive. Your car looks great nonetheless! The shields do add to car!

I didn't think "after market" shields would look any good at all, but I was wrong, these look pretty darn good.

Nice job with the installation... the yellow-on-yellow is a great combo.

Very nice placement - and as with majority of the posts above, this will only work I think on yellow Fs. Great work!

I ordered the challenge grill and I am installing that this weekend. Also, looking for a set of extra wheels for track days. I really like the 430 wheels on the 360, so maybe buy those and use the 360 wheels for track days. After that I am thru.

The Shields look great and the Challenge Grill looks amazing. It's funny what a difference to the aesthetics that rear grill makes! Do you have any other modifications planned for the future?

i normally do not care of the shields, and even went out of my way to find one without for my garage...but they do work on a yellow car, I have to admit. Nicely done.
