    I'm currently researching for a project examining the Ferrari brand and ownership and need to hear from you if you have any personal stories to tell. Here are a few examples of stories or topics.

    1. Have you had any negative experiences from members of the public while owning a Ferrari or perhaps a reason forcing you to sell your car. Especially if you live in the UK.

    2. Any extraordinary, strange or unusual things you have done relating to Ferrari (can be non-owners)

    3. Any amazing stories relating to the way someone has come to own a Ferrari. Rags to riches, a gift etc?

    I'd like to reiterate that the help I'm looking for is based on actual personal experiences people have had rather than opinions or comments.

    I'd like to know what you do to afford this account, and how long you aspired to post an anonymous question to a bunch of weird car owners.

    Well, apologies to those offended by me not filling out a profile. I have rectified the situation so please, be my guest.

    Thanks for the advice of looking around the site. Of course I have done but will continue further but in the meantime, anyone who can help directly, would be greatly appreciated.

    As for the project, it is for a professional filmed project but am not willing to go into more detailed based on the early stages of the project and this being a public forum. Please be assured, I'm not a student or a timewaster and am certainly not interested in where you keep your cars or how much you earn (???). Just your stories of owning them as I said in my previous post.

    Hey CC: thank you for the profile - and why didn't you say Reneault F1 were clients of yours ?(!). Very nice.

    A few times a week we have kids coming around asking for way too much personal information from members (how much do you make, what do you do to afford such expensive cars, how much do I have to make to afford a 360, where do you park your Enzo...). It's incessant and gets to be very annoying.

    Not sure if you've posted in the UK section - there's lots of stories over there, and some interesting pictures too.

    Some of the most interesting stories, imo, are from our legendary member Napolis: scan his threads for 002C, P3/4 and P4/5 for some heavy reading.

    I once rented a Ferrari Daytona spider for a 3 day weekend in order to give it as a wedding present. I was friends with both the bride and groom; they were both Tifosi, but poor college students.

    They ended up using it in their wedding as their get-away car. Made for great pictures and lots of stories. They weren't expecting it.
