with street tires.... pointless waste of good rubber. with racing slicks and a good burnout prior to launch - sub 2/ 0-60. FYI... the guy that built this car is certified by NHRA to go sub 6 sec in the 1/4 and his race car goes 0-60 in less than 0.9sec!!! readout - yep.
Hah! Judging by your posts in some, hmmmm... other threads, you're obviously a man with great taste for the good things in life ;-) Thx, If I do the diving thing I will get in touch ;-).
yep.... my thoughts exactly!! Unfortunately i just smacked the little beast up last weekend in the rain - hydroplaned and hit the center median divider doing 100K ouch... walked away with just a scratch this time, but snapped the steering wheel in half! Next time might not be so lucky so am getting a cage installed along with new body work. I'm going to see if the cage can be NHRA certified for the track with a removeable driver side IF it is made out of Moly Tubing....After all getting in and out of my daily driver will be a bit a a pain. aw
Could you report back about how this thing handles offroad? I saw some videos of one, and it was less than impressive I'm interested in them for offroading here in AZ. BTW, that thing looks nice!!
Is it a real Cobra R under there? I can't tell if it is, or just a V6 with the wing from this angle. If it's an R you are one lucky dog... Peter Hatch
