    I think you meant the SL55's "turbine" oem wheels, to be exact. The SL500 didn't have those as an option.

    I dont get it, the wing is like the key thing that sets this gcar apart from the other models, how is it that in ALL the new pics im seeing of this car recently the wing is not present???

    Saw the car in person last week in Scottsdale. I imagined both the wheels and large wing would look a bit 'cheesy'... Instead, the look of the car really works and I could not imagine ordering one without the large wing. I don't think anyone is going to be disappointed with this car. It looks, sounds and drives like it's worth every cent of its price (about $245K from what i'm hearing).
