Now that I have a 2 1/2 year old, I'm thinking about leaving South Beach for Vero Beach. I thik it's a more wholesome environment to raise a kid. Any f chatters live there? Any input is appreciated...thanks, Mark

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Are you telling me the "alternative" lifestyle of SoBe is something that you do not want your kids exposed to????

    Remember this:

It is the Littleton, suburb kid of neighborhoods that make kids crazy and turn them into serial killers. You never hear fo any mass killings in a Bronx School.

Did not see you last night when I left. Had to get back home.
Lets talk this week about the Miata. I will know tomorrow if I have another one for rent for next weekend. I suggest get the application in so they will at least grant you the provisional.

Personally, I like Vero. The people are a little more relaxed, the roads are less crowded, it cuts an hour off the drive going north on vacation, they have good looking oak trees, the beaches are okay. Not a place for night life, but I don't go out after dark without my walker anyway.

Mark, Vero gets you a big bang for your money. I have been looking at housing prices in that area, on the river, or directly on the ocean, what you pay in South Beach vs what you pay in Vero, you get 3-4 time more in Vero.

My concerns, travel, you are about 60 inutes form the WPB airport. But then West Palm offers you a lot of cultural activities, mostly in English. Plenty of nice restaurants within 30 minutes any direction of Vero.

    Go for it.

Just read the Briefs (yeah, I should be reviewing a contract's or tort's outline, but FChat comes first!).

What a load of crapola. You'd think they would have dropped it when the Referee dissmissed the Complaint.

Who'd you piss off on the Lawyer Advertiing Oversight comittee?

I've gotten plenty of letters in the mail after receiving traffic tickets and there were WAY more offensively packaged solicitations with much more puffery.

Did they pick you as a scapegoat just because you are the biggest dog on the block, or did they go after everyone in the traffic ticket and DUI business?

In all, a whole lot of phuey! BTW, nice brief for a traffic ticket attorney!

Discussion of Mark's briefs should be off topic or P&R, not sure which.

YEAH, I originaly typed "I read YOUR briefs" don;t know why I let myself be lulled into any false sense of security that a little language change would make the slightest difference.
