    Ok people this years show will be on June 2nd at Quaker Steak again from 11-2. Paul (355) is working on the details about the drive part of it after, but it sounds like he is going to talk to George about opening his shop full of cars up for us again. He also talked about a run to Wollershiem Winery after Georges. I am going to help him with the list of cars/people here who want to join in. This year I hope to have a Z06 that we have on order there, or hopefully we have it sold by than, if not a reg Vette for me.

    Lotusboy, don't forget to invite the Chicago folks as well. I should be able to make it if I have not sold my car yet.

    No, last year we had Vettes,Vipers,NXS's,Ford GT,Porsches (2 GTC's), Lambo,Lotus and Fcars. If anyone is coming let me know so I can give Paul a count.

    You should have...however,I earned dumbass of the month award.
    Last week after I took the Lambo for a cruise I parked it with the Valentine still on. I went out sunday afternoon all ready to tear up the county and the battery was dead. To make matters worse, The Porsche was parked behind the Lambo so I couldn't get that out either. I ended up spending the entire afternoon with my leaf blower cleaning up the oak leaves.

    Hi

    Several members of our Porsche club (Central Wisconsin) will be joining you at Quaker Steak on 2nd June and for the drive afterwards if that is OK?

    Even though I don't own a Ferrari - yet, may I claim honorary Ferrai allegiance in that I have driven a 360 Challenge car around Imola, Italy for several laps. I have a video tape to prove it - with me embarrasingly hitting the windshield wiper stalk while groping for the downshift paddle during my first lap approaching Tamburello (where Senna was killed). It was 85 degrees and sunny so I could not even claim need for the wipers!

    Looking forward to Saturday.

    It's saying strong thunderstorms early, a few severe, which I don't want to drive a Quattroporte through, but if the weather holds I'll see you guys tomorrow.

    It did rain at first, than it did get sunny at the end. We still had around 30 cars show. Thank to Scott, Paul, and Stan for still driving the Lambo and the Ferraris. Thank to the P club for the large turn out also. Next year we might move it back to after Fathers day in hopes of better weather.

    A friend of mine called Quaker Steak & Lube last night (the night before the show) and they said the show was cancelled.

    If that's the case,maybe it's time to have it somewhere else. This is WI..it rains for an hour and then the sun comes out. I had a great time there today.Talked to some old friends..met some new ones. The P-car guys were out in force today too.
