I have a full set. They are the originals wheels off my F355. Excellent condition. They have a few blemishes on inside of wheel, but the outside that shows are perfect. Would like to get $700.00 a piece for them or somthing like that.

Do you mean the space saver spare wheel/tire? I don't watch eBay that much, but the next time you see a genuine F355 space saver spare and tire for $300, buy it immediately. It's worth 5x that price.

Of course, there is a lot of mounting hardware and junk that goes with it, plus the option tool bag. Nonetheless, the wheel + tire is worth a lot, and makes an OUTSTANDING track day spare for those of us who drive our F'cars to the track.

I believe that this seller meant it was a spare wheel and not the space saver spare that goes in front compartment. I just purchased 4 wheels on ebay for $1280.00.....included were all the wheel lugs(excellent cond.), 4 perfect center caps, 4 rubber gaskets, 4 valve stems, 2 new michelin sports pilot(rear), 2 p-zer0 front(80% tread)....the wheels(orig. not repro) were in great cond. w/no curb rash but a few scratches...nothing major.......so there are still some great deals out there.........if you don't need immediately, just be patient.....if you need now check with Ryan at Specialized Italian Recycling, he has always treated me right.

Hmmm.. full size <> spare. The proper 355 spare is a emergency sized wheel/tire that actually fits (fully inflated) under the bonnet. I don't think a front -or- rear F355 rim with tire will actually fit in the trunk if the tire is inflated.

Yep, thats right. It was just a brand new wheel and tyre. Was not the actualy space saver spare. But he did list it in his add as the spare that came with the car. :):)

I tested my stock front tire (full of air) and it fits in the front bonnet with room to spare. It was laid flat on the floor.

I have not tested the rear tire but I don't see why it won't fit as well. I will have to test it when I have time.

Of course the factory leather tool cases are not in the car but are stored in my basement.

fyi? I purchased a factory 360 modena space saver tire and it also fits the 355. The 355 spare and the 360 spare look the same however they do have different part numbers so I'm not sure what the difference is.

I did test the 360 spare on my 355, both front and rear and it fits/clears fine.

If you watch ebay you do see the occasional 360 modena spare for sale.

For those worried about a flat tire and what to do with the flat tire/stock rim in a 355?

Today I tried to put my inflated rear tire (265-18) in the front trunk and it fit just fine with about 1 inch to spare front to back and about 3 inches side to side. You must lay it down from the firewall side and then tilt it forward till it lies flat on the floor. For those with 295's on the rear there should be no problem as the bridgestone 265's have a rolling diameter of 26.3 and the 295-35-18 have a rolling diameter of 26.1 (depending on tire choice).

This is in contrast to the stock front tire which can be laid down flat from either the back or front of the trunk with about 2 inches to spare front to rear and around 4 inches side to side.

In summary there is no problem carrying your deflated stock rims/tires (or inflated for that matter) in your front trunk.

P.S. I also carry a tire store tire bag (free at goodyear) so that the deflated tire does not dirty the trunk.

Good to know, but what is going back on the spot where the flat tire was? ;)

I have a factory spare tire, specifically from the 360 modena, which fits the 355 as well.
Right now I'm looking for the factory jack although I have purchased in the meantime a c4 vette jack (their small and designed for the heavier vette).

Thank you for this information! I'm not sure i'd want to haul around a full size spare just around town, but on a longer road trip, it's not a bad idea.
