When driving my TR I keep the clutch pedal depressed at a stop light. Is this OK or should I be in neutral? Thanks.....Charlie

Neutral. Keeps the internals of the geabox spinning, oil cooling everything as it does, lets the pressure plate sit in its natural position, takes load off of release bearing, slave cylinder and clutch master. Makes sense to me, highly unlikely but when in gear running if the clutch slave puked its guts the car would jump forward and hit whatever is in front of you at the time.
