I only managed a brief chat with George just before the race. If I wasn't preoccupied with car problems it would have been nice to show him Zhuhai a bit.

Thanks DM. I actually did not drive that well, but FT drove well to a very deserved 3rd in both race 1 & 2.

My chance to redeem myself at race 2 was shattered after being punted off at T11 by another driver's hopelessly late braking attempt. Very unhappy with LP right now.

Your ex-430C performed flawlessly. Any regret not keeping it?

From where I was standing on the roof of the grandstand you did a great job in race 1. I was watching you on T1, T4, T9 and T10. Sorry about your race 2 - you have every right to be pi__ed off.

My ex-430C performed fantastically well. ML did the job we would expect him to do. I knew it was a great car. No regrets as I only have time for Formula Renault and my baby!!!

    Wow, really exciting!
May I ask how does the F430 Challenge cars compares in performance to the 360 Challenge?

It is clearly the faster car with more torque, horsepower. It also has much faster F1 shifts. 430C will be tough to beat this season. In terms of sheer grunt I think only the two new Corvette entries will be able to match it at the next round in Sepang. Should be a very interesting season.

You need to push for longer races... the 430 will die on it's arse when the front tyres go off and the engine overheats...

The 360 will hang in there lap after lap

Or use that nice V12 coming my way, but seriously I prefer to go fast with driving skill instead of hp.

you'll need every last ounce of skill you can find to tame the 550 beast...
