Some of you may remember me from my white 308GTB that I sold a couple years ago, or some from the private "Quality Street Home Tour" tour I put on for the club in 2004. Now that my second daughter has reached 9-months old, my wife gave me the o.k. to get another Toy. Well as of tonight, I'm back!

I just pick-up this local '95 456GT (6-speed), and here it is spending its first night in our garage! Anyhow, I look forward to reacquainting myself and meeting you all again. Now the real work begins as I figure out what to do first (Tubi, 550 wheels,etc..)?

    Regards, Todd

    Gorgeous interior -- congrats Todd.

"Quality Street" -- is that like the "Street of Dreams" ?

Is that the one that has been on Craigslist? If so, what a screaming deal.
    Cool car, congrats.

I don't know if it was on Craig's List or not? It's very possible, but I found it in the Micronews.

Here's that engine bay pic. The paint is the original Azzurro Blue.

The "Quality Street" replaced the "Street of Dreams" in 2004 only. It was a 4-week charity event for Children's Hospital at the Reserve at Newcastle Golf Community in Newcastle. I'll try to find a pic of the event, thanks for the comments!

That is a gorgeous car! Love the color!

How is your "surround piece" that goes around the climate control knobs and switches? Every 456GT that I was looking at a couple years ago, was warped from the heat.

Anyone know of a fix for that? Or, do you just have to replace that piece every so often?

Very cool, interesting color. Go for the wheels first, that car looks like it needs bigger wheels and tires.

The CTS-V is a great daily driver and then some, check out what's under the hood there (535hp). Good drag race with the F-car?

Unfortunately, I'm going to put up the CTS-V for sale. Anyone interested? My daily driver is actually a GMC Yukon, boring but perfect for my line of work.

I drove the F-car tonight, oh what a joy!

Welcome to the blue 456GT owner's club!

They really are wonderful cars, and blue is definitely a great color for them.

As for the climate control panel, there are some which are not warped, such as mine. I happen to have all the service records on my car from new, and I think mine was replaced 3 or 4 times under warranty until they found a good one. So far, so good!

I believe there is now an aftermarket replacement which doesn't warp, or at least so I've heard.

Congrats!! You and your family will enjoy the blue beauty more than you ever figured on. OK - a clue - when all the family can join in, it's pure joy:)

My $0.02 - - the car has mass and would do with upgraded, larger wheels and tires to create a better balance. As for exhaust - - my call would be Hyper-Flow cats and X-OSt silencer. We're talking about "music" here, so bottom line, it's what you like. I recommend that you "do much proper research". Also, do talk with Daniel @ RICAMBI AMERICA (an F-chat sponsor & over all "great guy").
