What a great day. Awesome weather and a great venue. Crowd attendance was good and got better as the day warmed up. 119 cars turned up, including a few of those 'other' Italian ring ins. Off to NZ now with work so no time to post up the images. Be back Wednesday night so will do it then.
hey boys hope all had a good day, was in rye mates beach house for birthday, and was in no state to make como park by early today looking forward to pics! rob by the way, plenty of portsea m*** around too
can you imagine?? Rob Bailey goes there....refuses to pay the $10 contribution that went to the Very Special Kids Foundation that everyone else paid, but takes advantage of the whole set-up and parks his car there with a "for sale" sign on it!!!!!!
i never kid. in further news..... I saw my old boxer there again...yum yum yum and..........Millard's bought 360Cs ex 355CH and had it there. Congrats to millard on that...and may he have many years of enjoyment like i have. I love my car...and i'm sure he'll love his too.
I was only there for a couple of hours before heading off to work. I took some shots of the OHOS that interested me. Well I got there at about 10.45.Offered the guy on entrance my $10.he was not the toll taker,so I parked it and went into the city. When i got home this afternoon ,half a dozern messages ree car,if it sells happy to give my 10 bucks.
I have no idea what it started life as; but it sure as hell isn't a Jota (the only 1 is long dead), or even one of the factory "replicas". I would be interested to know the history.
i follow all of it. you dumped the car there and left. then when you got back jumped straight in and drove off. you knew strauss and delaney were the organisers and purposely didn't pay them (and hence the charity) and they knew it.....as do a lot of other people. that's pretty disgraceful.....even by my standards.
Wrong again,I have never been to the event before.I was happt to pay and offered when i got there, ask the guy who directed me.I had no time to spare as i had a lunch date, when I got back I had no interest in hanging around and looking at the cars. Why would i hang around, have no interest in MHOS and well to be frank from what I've seen of older Ferrari owners the deal is to show little or no interest in others cars.I was only following the normal IMO.How was I to pay?
rob...you can't bullsh!t a bullsh!tter, ok? would have taken a whole 2 min to give either of the organisers, whom you know very well, the $10. end of convo.
For a start Think Ray had already gone.Wonder how many other Ferrari owners were no payers,Do a Audit PP.Easy how many cars x $10 =$ As I said happy to pay and did offer. What is the pass word for the FCA web site?
