i remembered seeing HSBC stickers on the old Jag, just thought it was weird that they are allow to use Ferrari and Michael in this ad.
i want to know if they have Ferrari and MS authorization.
cuz if they do, how come they took off all those ferrari decals and made changes to MS helmet?

Trademark laws - they can't make it look like they are affiliated with those brands by showing their names/logos. You're right though, it is wierd that they didn't just use pictures of their own sponsored F1 cars! I suspect that was due to the web guys not knowing, or perhaps once their sponsorship of Jaguar ended they couldn't use it for promotional purposes anymore.

You'd think they'd be careful about STEALING.......

Probably Schumi's personal account managers...it's all good......

i just think is weird that some company pays MS millions to wear a cap after the race and they (HSBC) can just use him and the whole ferrari crew in this ad.

    i wouldn't say they're stealing, but i would say they've made a "mistake"
    on using this picture.

It's probably a stock photo. You pay a fee and it's yours to use depending on what rights you bought. Nothing in the photo says Ferrari, no logos or name tags. It may be a set-up photo since there are no sponsor decals.
