How to reduce pics to 800X800

load the picture in Microsoft Paint.
Click "Image"
Click "Stretch/Skew"
In the Stretch area input 50% and 50% then click OK

It will be half the size.

Play with the percentage to get exactly 800 DPI

 

I use Google's photo manager software. You can organize/edit/resize all your pictures very easily to any size. Also, it makes it easy to have your own online album... www.picasa.com

Also, you can upload your pictures to www.photobucket.com and in there you can resize the pic and resave it to your computer 800x800.

Halfway down that page on the right side. You have to DL it, but it makes re-sizing images in the future VERY simple. Right click on one or any number of pics at once and just select the size you want to make them.
