Not sure about all the small details, just being curious. Pics taken by someone else yesterday afternoon. Image Unavailable, Please Login
We are going through a major real estate boom down here (personally I believe its going to blow up in a major way very soon) and some people have gotten new toys. Lately, we have had a Gallardro arrive, this LP640, the GT3 in the pictures, half a dozen 997 TTs, Aston DB9, at least 3 F430s, a pair of 612s, Bentley Continental GT, and the list goes on. Heck, my 996 all of the sudden feels like its origin (VW Bug!) LOL!
Its gorgeous. I love the new looks. The "cool guide" also is pretty cool. Now its easier for me to distinguish which Murcielago I'm looking at!
Not sure how many cars "outclass" a LP640. Others may have better performance, different looks, etc., but almost any Lambo is a tough act to follow. Besides the old Viper and the new GT3 shown, there was a new F430 (used to belong to the current owner of the Murcie) See here: Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have to agree, with one exception; The Pagani Zonda F. That car is everything a Lamborghini should be, beautiful, fast, loud and ridiculously cool. When you think about it, Horacio used to work for The Bull, so that kind of makes the Zonda a kindred spirit or a cousin to the Murcielago...
I agree. Other notable relatively modern day car exceptions that can outclass a Lambo (besides the Zonda) are: Enzo, F40, F50, Carrera GT, Koenigsegg, McLaren F1, Veyron, etc. Of course, this is merely my opinion, but I would venture to say that most will agree. I am sure I am leaving others out. That notwithstanding, its exciting to see some of the cars arriving here.
I dunno, but I'm still thinking the Enzo is a close call to the LP640. I prefer Lamborghini's above all other exotics out there. And when it comes down to it, in my opinion, the LP640 is FAR more better than an F430 or an Enzo ANYDAY.
While this might be true in personal opinion, the Murci vs. Enzo is hardly a comparison. I'm not sure how one can argue it. For the record, i prefer the Murci styling to the Enzo, but in actual reality, you cant compare the two. (the market values prove my point)
It's so funny to see the pix of the LP on here, 'cause the guy is a client of mine. Car forums make the world seem so small. The only thing that sucks about having a Lambo in Panama is there is no warranty. If there is anything that goes wrong with it, he has to ship it back to the states.
Did you sell him the LP? If so, I'm just curious about the legistics of buying here and shipping to Panama, is it difficult?
No.. I did not sell him this LP. Because there is not Lambo dealer there it isn't too hard to get it and there. Obviously most exotics are shipped to the US too. I'm actually curious if there are any exotic or high end dealers in Panama or are they all imported from the US?
