only stirring SD, id be quite happy with an F50 in the shed. shame she cant get out for a rip more often though
the rego laws of this country suck BIG time when I see HOS Studebakers on the GC cruising around, LHD, sh!te brakes, Sh!te, handling and then they won't let F40, F50, 288, etc be registered when they are obviously a superior car all round. Where does it make any sense to only allow 30+ yo cars to be legally registered when the same could be done for limited number modern LHD ?? They could have a system where they nominate say no more than 5 cars of a particular model can be bought into the country if they are worried about a huge influx of LHD moderns turning up
I'll take that comment to mean I am never ever affording a 275.... What ballpark figure are these cars worth? Usually a question I wouldn't ask, but I know very little about Fcar history
here's a story to make you cry, in SCW way back in the days before electricity they did a story on the 275 by Mel Nichols who said right at the end of the story that the car was being offered for $9,000 but went for $7,000 ....... it was obviously an overpriced OHOS even then to think that was half of my first years maintenance on my first Ferrari
your not the only one John, dream car for me to.Price gee search wwwclassicdriver.com IMO average car $700,000 Aus.
One of each please sir. Love the F40 and I always will, but you cant surpass the sofistication of the 599.
And if you could afford an F40, then I am sure you could also have a 599 sitting in the driveway beside it. I............will sadly own neither of them.
Rubbish, a 599 will be sub $200k in about 10yrs- maybe less. How much will your investment houses be worth by then? The F40 may be a different story, who knows.
