Very disappointing video :(, but I've seen worse. At least it was only 8 seconds of my life.

sorry the video was not of better content or quality brian. it was just a fun camera phone "fly bye" and by no means a pro quality attempt.

what i was wanting folks to see was that the little old 930 cranked from o-120 in under 10 seconds. not too shabby for a 20 year old car.

i'm pleased that the sound quality seemed to be ok...the real goal here is to get ryan (sherpa23) hooked on a 930! this is only step one.

and btw...this car will be getting a new steroid injection this summer when we go back for more hp.

What are the plans to make more power? 460hp is about the max the CIS can withstand with any reliability...

    Is he going EFI?

    hi cajun...

that is my car...my brother took and posted the video. i do have efi now...electromotive tec 3 but my next plans are to fit a properly set up garret gt-35/40 hybrid w/ a p-trim compressor wheel. w/ the efi, i can make upwards of 550 -600 hp on pump gas @1.0 bar.

as you know, these cars get very, very fast at 450 plus hp. i have owned the car for 4 years and don't plan to sell...just keep making it closer to a late 80's le mans spec 935 engine w/ the exception of me running efi.

i don't think the camera caught the speed sensation...but you can see how quickly it disappears! 120mph in a snap!

cajun...i your 930 is running well!!!

Yeah Pete, no video can capture the sensation of an accelerating 930!

I am happy to hear that you have made the leap to EFI...I am hoping to follow suit one day...unfortunately (for the Porsche), I am in the midst of buying an engagement ring, so EFI must wait for now!!! :)

My car is currently making 350 - 375hp, so you are a tad bit quicker than me!!! ;) I am bumping up to a K27HFS, headers, and Imagineauto fuel head mod later this year...I already have the B&B exhaust, 1 bar boost spring, intercooler, intake, K27, etc...

I would love to hear more about your car...I have owned mine for about 18 months now, and I too, will never sell.
