I guess this is lame that I still watched it. I guess i am addicted. But TEAM LAMBO is out. And i dont know waht to say. That's the only reason i watched the show. Now i think the Trans Am or F150 will win.

Yes, a little lame at times. I was in the Murci with Jeff. Overall a good experience though. Selfishly, I'm happy I didn't offer up my Ferrari or Porsche for the show.

The cars do get beat up pretty bad but I guess its to be expected being on the road so much....I can't believe how bad the raccon messed the front end up.

    So who ends up winning?

How is a Murcie not able to drive faster than a Ford F150? Just doesn't make sense...

The Murcie was able to drive faster, he (John or Jeff or rushdriven) had turned off the traction control, and while he took the turn around the cone, he spun out and almost added more damage to his car. So basically the truck won because he was more stable taking the corners.

Plus what everyone does not know - it was 3:30 or 4:00 AM. Track was SUPER SUPER COLD. None of the night events were done at night. All were VERY VERY early in the morning in October.

So didn't the F-150 have the same super super cold track to go on? Anyway, Did he have any luck selling the car yet? It looked like a good deal.

No the F-150 beat the Lambo in one of the challenges. As for the sale, I was talking about the Murcielago that was on the show that was on ebay last week.

    John,

Were you happy with the show and was it enjoyable?

Seems you guys were told how fun it would be and the show organizers didn't care if you destroyed your cars.

A bunch of the contestants don't look too happy.

I know it was probably good over all experience, but that's not what I'm asking.

Who cares about the gas mileage? All those guys who are losing to team Honda are a bunch of idiots.

The Civic is the greatest POS as well as the slowest POS ever created for the road. You lose to a Civic(Especially a stock), your an idiot!. bottomline!.

How are they idiots, not wanting to damage a expensive car anymore. If you actually watched the episode, you will hear that they didn't want to damage it any further. I agree losing to Team Honda is pathetic, but, who really wants to be beaten by a ricer, they will be eliminated shortly. They didn't race, or do the little challenge because John or Jeff didn't want to do anything stupid because the car is semi-carbon fiber. If that chain pulling the planks snapped, they would've been killed or seriously injured. I think it was very smart, plus i have a feeling that something is going to go seriously wrong because the show will reach a climax.

Edit: Why oh why does Team Honda have a freaking roll cage in their civic? It looks so funny.

We actually lost to Team Lotus on that challenge. When we did the run through with the stunt guys, the mat came up and hit the side of the van as did the rope - which was a penalty to hit. After the BMW did it, the rope damaged their front spoiler.

We were told prior to agreeing to do the show that it would be normal wear if we followed their instructions.

As for the roll cage in the Civic, you have to ask them.....

hey rushdriven , question :when you guys were driving to each checkpoint ,did you have to obey the speed limits ? it seems like all the cars were not really "running" but driving at or near the speed limit . otherwise your car should be able to leave the civic (dirty "ricer") and the '57 chevy for instance in the dust .
