    Hey guys, just registered here!

Uhh, lets see, I am from Calgary, and most specifically the NW community of Tuscany.
I own a 1990 Thunderbird Supercoupe, for those who don't know its a stock supercharged thunderbird, and i will post pictures later(sometime when the snow melts, stupid calgary weather), this is my second car which is alright i think because i am only 17, i do plan to upgrade when i get a job LOL

haha well my parent's don't own any Ferrari's, but my dad does plan on getting a Lotus Elise or Exige just for a summer car, which is obviously no Ferrari but will have to do but yeah basically my story and just wanted to say whats up!

Welcome to the site. Things are slow around this time of the year but they'll pick up quite a bit once track events and the show & shines begin for the season.

Hahaha, no it was a book on business.

The CGT is a serious machine, everyone walking along stopped to watch him take off.

A Carrera GT is a serious thing not too miss ;)

It's amazing how that Sunfire is so big compared to it.

Nice spot, rmk! That Sunfire looks like a Hummer next to the CGT.

Ah, the sun was shining yesterday, and it was perfect driving weather.

-Viper (Copper... whatever edition) on 19th St.
-Coworker got picked up in a Bentely Continental Flying Spur after work. Does anybody know a dealer by the last name "Lindenaar"? My coworker is pretty vague on what his dad does in terms of auto dealings, but I know that the CFS isn't his. It was just there for bragging rights.

Saw a couple of others kicking around, the usual 911s, M5s, etc.

    Good day Peter,

    Congrats on your upcoming macchina!

I just had this same discussion with another local f-chatter...

I know of know no specialty service garages within the Edm area that have the experience to work on f-cars. There are a few places that used to work on f-cars, but the quality mechanics they had have either moved on or retired. I have heard about a small shop run from a fellow's garage that is supposed to be good and priced reasonably, but I cannot comment to his qualifications/experience because I do not know.

The closest places would be Allesandro's or ZR Auto (http://www.zrauto.com) both in Calgary. An excellent service garage is Joseph in North Vancover (http://www.prancinghorseinc.ca), but that maybe too far.

    Cheers,

    Sam

Red M5 on Crowchild NB this morning.
Black SLR on Crowchild NB this morning. Sadly, no pics. But I assure you that it was an SLR, not a figment of my imagination! See, while I was freaking out, my mom was standing off to the side muttering "what is that ugly thing?" Of course, I then had to explain that it was a Mercedes SLR, worth a cool half-million. She still thought it was ugly "with it's long pointy nose". I love the looks. Go figure.

SLRs are ugly. That is, until you drive one and mash the throttle.

Then they go from ugly to downright nasty.
