no wasnt me, i'm pumping the majority of my monthly income into a realestate project now, its comming along great. Enzo prices are high as well so i'm going to hold off for a while. i'm 100% getting another one, but with another back operation comming up within a couple months and the project, high prices the 2nd Enzo just isnt a smart play for me right now, i'm thinking end of summer. The great news is we had our 3rd best week ever last week in the almost 11 years we have been open-there is a 4 month pipeline so i have something to look foward too, business is strong.

Thanks again for the nice words, I just have to get my back fixed, i'm in bed 20 hours a day, well not in bed but laying on the floor, coutch, bed etc, i cant sit in a chair, I drove my Murci from Vegas to LA the other night with no pain, the vibration and angle of the seat is good for my back, a Phantom hurts after 15 minutes, The Enzo is like the Murci, I can drive it very comfortably.

 

Glad to hear business is booming ... and if you have to wait for the 2nd Enzo, well at least you have the 1st Enzo to keep you company and to assuage the pain a little ... there are poor misfortunate souls like myself that are still saving up for their first

I hereby prescribe regular daily doses of Enzo and Murci to help your back condition.

 

No offense LV eric, but what is up with your back, it sounds terrible. I mean when you can't even sit down with out experiencing pain thats torture. Hopefully the doctors can fix it soon.

I've seen car seat makers (not sure if they're Recaros, or some other company) that make certain styles for home use. Just thinking that may be a route so you'd be able to sit up and do your work rather than being relegated to the horizontal.

I came across this fourm threw my internet travels. Just amazing hands down. I'm a real estate and urban development student in VA and have been working in real estate investments for 2 years and i'm not 20. Made decent money early on, but blew it on material things LOL...gotta go threw that phase. I'm just trying to network and gain as much knowledge as possible so I can make my own moves in commercial real estate. Networking is a beautiful tool and has afforded me great oppourtunites already. Threads like this and see what all of you say continue to push me and motivate me into doing something with my dreams. Thankful to come across this thread. and LV thanks a lot fot the knowledge you dropped I'm into learning about property management and development. IF you don't mind drop me a email would like to pick your brain about the business as well as lending....email is [email protected] i'd like to email you back some questions to help me a long on my own personal journey....Always tell myself it never hurts to ask. great thread. I am also getting into LV real estate. I was able to go in with a partner last year on a 4plex. Hopefully will be buying another one soon. not a big deal to you ferrari guys lol. But i just turned 20 and i earned the money myself and consider it an acomplishment.

on a side note i hope your back gets better. if you ever wanted to get another opinion, one of my best friends father's is a world renown back doctor specializing in disc replacement and spinal reconstruction. just this year finished developing a new disc replacement surgery. Hes based in maryland, but is world renown and has traveled all over the world for surgeries and teaching. Lv I can understand where you're coming from I am a paraplegic, have been since I was 10yrs. old. So as I tell others health outweighs wealth anyday. Further the last few years my family was not as tight as we once used to be, luckily we are starting to become a tight knit unit once again. During this time however the stress and aggravation was brutal my health was affected greatly. All in all I must say it is a great car collection and an even more incredible estate.

you can take solice in the fact that you've inspired a great many on this board, and have infleunced the lives I'd imagine of some of your employees. I'm 27 and hope to one day accumulate some of the material objects you have. Even if only a quarter I would be happy.
