That 430 looks sick. question if they can get 650 + hp out of the 430 how come Ferrari can't do that? Joey P.S you coming out on a run with us this saturday.
some hi - res pics and an article (unfortunately in polish) http://www.scuderiaferrari.pl/modele/tuning/novitec/f430/evo.php
Better be careful, rob might ban that URL also Ferrari would never do it. Has there ever been a FI Ferrari? Also reliability. I dont think they want to get into modding and such. Ferrari is too lame to do anything cool with their cars. I think Fast Lane Daily needs a smoking hot chick. Best Line of the clip: "Some Ferrari Purists say Novitec is messing with perfection." WHAT A JOKE. I want to meet these so called purists and punch them in the face. Idiots....
Looking again at this car it looks sick, this i would take over a Murci. thanks for the link lodz Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
let's see... - The diffuser DEFINITELY needs to be black. - The stripes gotta go - The spoiler gotta go - And they have got to get rid of the diamond pattern stitch on the interior ...Otherwise she's good; I dig the black rims w/ polish/chrome lip alongside the contasting silver calipers.
It's not a turbo -- it's supercharged. Funny that everyone says the rear wing is too much, it is one of our best sellers!
You're not unfortunate... let me briefly translate it: "Year and a half after the release of F430 Supersport, Novitec decided to revamp the design and make is more vicious version called Evoluzione. They decided to upgrade many components with cooperation of specialists in each field. Under the hood they placed new superchargers designed by Rotrex. They have modified closed oil circuit and redesigned turbine. Also enlarged air inlets and outlets. Necessary modifications were done to ECU's. All changes gave additional 20 hp (at 8.200 rpm), which puts Evo even more ahead against others. Torque was increased to 662 Nm at 6.100 rpm (488 lbf), which suggests that this engine love hi revs. Upgraded power doesn't translate directly into drastic increase in performance, but impression is much more dramatic. To increase safety, designers equipped the car with ceramic brakes from Brembo. The diameter of disks has changed to 380mm - 30mm more then a stock car. In case of rear axle, the disks are bigger then in the Enzo. This modification forced them to put bigger rims - 255/30R19 at front and 345/25R20 rear. Rims NF2 Race are wrapped with (of course) Pirelli P-Zero Rosso tires. Stability at high speeds is controlled by stiffer shocks from KW. Important role play also body parts which look like taken from the stock car (i.e. bumpers or side skirts). The whole body kit has been tested in wind tunnel in Stuttgart (Germany), which allowed to increase down force while keep stock look. To give the owner more reasons to feel special the manufacture redesigned the interior with more exotic fabrics and more radical choice of colors. Also new seats and steering wheel. The engine bay has been finished with carbon-fiber look."
yea, the F40 is a twin turbo V8. I believe it is the only Ferrari with forced induction from the factory. I was at an event/car show at Englishtown Raceway last summer and a guy brought his silver 360 that was twin turbo, and supposedly VERY fast. If I can find the pictures I took of it I'll post them, but chances are I don't still have them. PS: If anyone knows who that is please chime in ^
CCF did TT setup last year on 360: http://www.dreamin-tv.com/library/albums/360tt/normal_PICT0148a.JPG
