    This is definitely NOT only in Miami.

    I have seen multiple instances of this that are very similar in Winston Salem, NC.

    One of them was a late 90's mustang... just terrible...

    WOW that is some hideous piece of machinery. What always puzzles me is when he walks outside in the morning and gets into his car does he really think he's the man or something. Can he honestly cruise down ocean drive and not get laughed right off the strip. It's just unreal how some people will do anything for attention
