After re-reading your posts, I realized that I could never dream of running with the big boys. What was I thinking? When we meet, I want to bow down and french kiss the Cavallino on the back of your bright red fire-suit. As bad as you are, I am surprised you haven't gotten the call up to F1 yet.

Truth be told, I will probably faint when I see your big, bright, shiny red F-40. I am not worthy.

hey...my andial car is pretty real. i almost resent that...lol.

b-mak, you are a tough talker but i suspect you know that a race like you are asking for won't happen. i'm not a national championship level driver but have my scca regional and national wins. i have a few ok finishes back in imsa gtu and firehawk. it was very hard to compete w/ roger mandaville or the aagt toyotas back in the good old days. raced for 6 years w/ my white plates in ccs and wera sanctions in motorcycle road racing...no wins but some respectable finishes for my pruposes. to my point, i am a nice driver and quick enough for most...i am not at your level nor a person like jeff purner.

i would bet you would have your hands full w/ jeff at barber...you in your f-40 and he in a school 997. what do you think? what is your race history? does anyone in a real sanctioned series know you? or any of the oldies but goodies like mandeville, asse, finger, mullen??

and last...this thread was not for you to come over and tell all the porsche supporter what a pc. of garbage they are and how wonderful ferrari is. btw, i love both and especially love the f-40 as it is the last ferrari i would want. comparing your f-40 to the modern ferrari fare is almost laughable. the f-40 is iconic...status i doubt will ever be bestowed on the newer f-car offering.

you know, b-mak has got me thinking of how this web-site is a joke at times. there are some very serious people on this site but...there are also some track day heros that come on here and throw darts at all that question their manhood w/ respect to their cars and the they offer to take all of our pink slips/titles. as a note, there is a big difference in open track days where anyone can be a track instructor vs. true racing in anger. paige jones (before his injury) and i did instruction at moroso in 1990 and i remember laughing w/ him about the level of instruction the car guys students were getting. his comment was "most of these instructors cannot drive a stick up their asses w/ both hands". that was an expression he learned from his dad ...lol! show me your imsa license buddy boy and tell me who you have co-driven with.

are you serious? b-mak then sends the tenor that his ferrari will take on any modded porsche. are you serious? there are not enough dollars in the world to mod up an f-40 to a higher level than a porsche. everyone knows that a fully hotrodded porsche is a sight to see even if you don't love the looks. not only are they fast but they are fast all day!
