    Hence my reference to Ground Zero. Many years ago I attended a speech by Liebeskind at the Art Museum where he presented his plan for NY. Many years and changes later they still haven't laid the foundation.

    Anyway, it's about time that Chicago gets its own Calatrava. Heck, Milwaukee has got one for years:
